Buklod ng Panginoon has its roots in St. Ignatius Village, Quezon City, when residents organized for a united community 33 years ago. Through the decades, it has undertaken many programs:
- Weekly feeding programs for malnourished children at Barangay Libis
- Quarterly outreach to Molave Home for youthful offendersMedical missions
- Annual Noche Buena bags for Escopa, Libis and Payatas families
- Organizing Holy Rosary Family Crusade and Block Rosary
