October was Rosary Month
October was Rosary Month and the first of October, a Sunday, was celebrated by praying the Holy Rosary followed by the flower offering at 4:20 pm, just before the 5 pm Sunday mass at the main church.
The Rosary was prayed the following day, October 2, until October 31 after the 7 am masses and before the 6 pm masses on weekdays. On Saturdays, the Rosary was recited before the 6 pm mass and before the 5 pm mass on Sundays.
October 31, a Tuesday, was the culmination of Rosary Month. The 6 pm mass was held at the main church rather than at the Divine Mercy Chapel and it was preceded by the recitation of the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy, praying of the Holy Rosary, and the final flower offering. What made the mass even more special was the blessing by Fr. Bong Tupino of the images of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Some of the villages, like Acropolis and GreenMeadows 1, mounted daily Holy Rosary sessions. In the case of Acropolis, it was done in their Acropolis Park gazebo while in GreenMeadows 1, the rosary recitation moved from house to house.
