YCP Ministry Kicks off Give Back Wednesdays
The newly- formed Young Catholic Professional Ministry of Christ the King Parish Greenmeadows had another mid-month respite for young professionals last May 15, at their ‘Give Back Wednesdays” monthly event.
Sharer for last May 15 was Kritzia Santos, who talked on ‘Gratefulness and Living the Gospel in Our Everyday’. Unfortunately, a heavy downpour that started at 6 pm and never let up till 8 pm caused some youth who had signed up to take a rain check and only eight came.
Two key points stood out from Kritzia’s sharing:
- The more we practice gratefulness, the happier or more joyful we will be and this will affect our everyday life.
2. We always have to keep reminding ourselves that God meets up where we are at.
