The CTK Youth Ministry held its Youth Parish Renewal Experience, from the evening of May 19 until the evening of May 21. As in previous years, venue was the entire ground floor of the Formation Center. This was open to all single youth ages 17-30. This organization aims to bring other people, specifically the youth, to renew their relationship with the Lord and to build a stronger foundation with Him. It is done by holding a 3-day retreat that makes them
disconnect from their distractions, for them to be able to connect with their feelings, emotions and of course with the Lord.

On its last day, May 21st, PREx Youth once again produced 11 graduates, who  are officially the PREx Youth Batch 23.

The group was led by the team leaders namely Jessica Dela Fuente, Earle Manucom, and Bethlehem Opulencia together with their assistant team leaders Abby Banico, Quino Sto. Domingo and Francis Vidanes with Ernest Quizon who served as their adviser throughout the preparation for the weekend. As a team, they came up with the theme ‘#lifegoals: Refresh your faith’ as connected with their mission to help the youth renew their relationship with the Lord.

The team leaders invited speakers for the different talks which discussed various topics about the Catholic faith. They also prepared a variety of activities to compliment the talks and to get to know each other better as well as to help them bond not just as an organization but as a family too. After all the talks and activities, they all gathered to celebrate their accomplishment in a mass presided by Fr. Ronald Plomillo where they were presented to the community and blessed by the priest. As the new batch has graduated, the PREx Youth has again grown as a community who are sure to stay committed in their goal to bring the youth closer to God and to renew and understand their faith much better.
