LOC Serve Lunch and Distribute Rice During Manila City Jail Visit

November 27 was the Ladies of Charity day with the prisoners of Manila City Jail. The LOC delegation, headed by LOC president Fe Pery organized a mass, after which they distributed lunch packs. The ladies shared lunch with the Manila City Jail prisoners in the chapel. After the meal, sacks of rice were donated to the jail administrators for cooking future meals of the inmates.

Last year, the LOC donated plastic chairs for the city jail chapel.
