CTK Stewardship

What is Stewardship

Stewardship is our answer to the Gospel call to love God and love our neighbor. It is based on the belief that all that we are and all that we have are gifts freely given by God out of His great love for us. We return God’s love and show our thanks whenever we use these gifts wisely and responsibly- when we share them rather than just keep, when we use them not simply to satisfy our own needs but rather to fulfill God’s plan.

Who We Are

A stewardship parish is a community of believers who recognize that all we are and posses-our time, talent, and treasure – are gift from God. Accordingly, we respond to God’s generosity by sharing our gifts with others in love and justice.

Our Goal

the goal of stewardship is to inspire a conversion of heart-to a new way of life that will bear many fruits: a more joyful life, a deeper relationship with God, a greater sense of belonging and purpose, and the opportunity to become collaborators in God’s work.

What We Do

A Stewardship parish invites, develops, and fosters the talents and skills of its parishioners and provides varied opportunities to deepen their relationship with God through prayer, Scripture, liturgies, good works, and ongoing education for members of all ages on the catholic faith.
